I bought it in walnut. It looks really nice and seems very sturdy. I put it together my self (55F) over the course of a few hours after work with no issues. The only issue I had was that it had a defect in the glaze on front. The manufacturer offered a nice discount, so I decided to keep it. This side board is gorgeous in peron. I purchased two of them to serve as a long TV console with the TV mounted on the wall just above it. The color is rich. The shelves are spacious. I added a few wooden baskets inside to keep stuff neat. Note, the entire piece isnt wooden but the legs and front are. It took the installer about 2hrs to put both pieces together. Assembly was simple and matched the estimated time listed in the instruction manual. A quick note about the instructions one step lists 10 screws, but the diagram shows 9, so it would be helpful to update the manual to match. Also, when the console arrived, there was a scrapetear on the top corner. I believe this damage was caused during delivery through FedEx.
