Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. The laundry cabinets are a great, inexpensive solution - especially if you just have a shelf over your washer and dryer like we did. There are 3 separate cabinets - easy to assemble. We had a cabinet person install as he was doing other work for us. Exterior look is nice. However, these are not soft-close doors and don't even come with pad to soften the noise when they close. For the price - it's worth having cabinets that you don't have to paint - 6 feet wide - hide all of your laundry goods and cleaning supplies so it looks more tidy. I’m really pleased with this set of black cabinets—they’ve completely elevated the look of my laundry room and added much-needed storage. Assembly and installation did take a bit of patience, especially when it came to aligning the door spacing. It was a little tedious to get everything just right, and while it’s not absolutely perfect, we were able to get it very close with some adjustments.
