Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

we bought the red one and it is very charming! so far it’s taking the chill out of our sunroom w these gorgeous fall days and nights! just a note, the control panel is hidden behind the door. to access all of the functions w the remote, you need to open the door to set temperature and timer. you may be able to change these functions w the door closed, but you wouldn’t be able to see what you’re choosing. with the door closed, the remote turns the heater on off you can adjust the look of the flame.. We bought this heater for our approximately 325 square foot off grid cabin. We used it for the first time this last weekend with temperatures around 40 degrees, and it kept the cabin nice and warm at the second and third settings. We have not had to go to the highest setting yet. It took my husband a couple of hours to install, including one trip to the hardware store. I would highly recommend this heater.. Julie. Osceola, WI. The Electric Fireplace Heater is a true showstopper with its realistic stone look veneer that has the appearance of all natural field stone. Great Delivery people. I like the fireplace. But it’s needs to be a little bigger. Im gonna put a Hearth under it to make it taller. Wish Wayfair would sale them to match the mantle. It looks better online. Would send it back but too much of a hassle. You’re paying for the cement because it’s not cheap. 200 lbs. I even like the color for my house.. Renae. Bushnell, FL.
