I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. I bought the Tesha Butterfly leaf table Wayfair sent the wrong table they sent me Mayram 40" table. It was missing a few bolts and washers. I asked for them to replace my table to the one I order but it would take 4 to 6 more weeks to get. Wayfair did offer me a partial refund if I keep this table but they will not send the replacement bolts or washer since I was accepting the partial refund. This table is beyond my expectations! The quality is outstanding so I feel that I received all the value and more for the money I spent. My husband and I were able to put it together with no problems. All chairs and the table are solid and very sturdy. The chairs seats are definitely brown. I read on a review that they were a bit pinky, but I don’t see that. The packaging was excellent and there are no unexpected marks on any of the pieces. I would highly recommend this table.. Debbie. OK, first of all let me just say we did have an issue with shipping. The first one arrived and it had a blemish on the top. It had been hit at some point during delivery, so we contacted Wayfair and they were more than happy to send us another table. So we returned that table and another table arrived about five days later and everything was great with it so Wayfair itself is great. FedEx probably needs to be a little more careful. Beautiful! Extremely sturdy, heavy chairs and table. Color matched my other furniture perfectly. I did pay to have the delivery team assemble the table, but I assembled all six chairs, literally took under 10 minutes per chair… Faster once I got rolling. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
