Just what I was looking for! Really nice quality piece for the price and fits my space perfectly. Fairly straight forward assembly, a bit heavy so would be easier with two people. I used a drill which saved a lot of time. Took about 1 12 hours. There is a support piece that comes down from the top of the table a bit, so if you want stool that slide all the way under, opt for something 29 inches shorter (mine pictured are about 26 inches). Love everything about this table. It’s a beast, though! I typically will assemble most pieces but paid for the professional assembly for this and it was totally worth it. Generous space for 4 but enough space for 6 if you wanted to seat anyone on the ends. Love the built in wine rack, shelves and drawers. Paired it with counter height stools (also from Wayfair). Amy. In giving this guy a 4 outta 5 because it's a great price point especially when they run a sale on it. Here is why it was missing a few screws and there is a bit of a crack in the lower board that makes up the small lower shelf. Over all though the counter top portion is very sturdy and has a good heft to it. I personally wanted add a counter top which I could prepare foods and possibly bread in the future it's a decent size so great for an apartment. It store items nicely at the bottom just do not use it for heavy duty items the top portion can also store a few items via a could of hooks or sitting something light above like maybe a few mixing bowls (plastic). You can always be creative in replacing screws if you need and really if it's just a mild crack in the wood it's not really noticable. I really like it and it's helped me gain some kitchen counter space!. Alexandria. Fri Oct 16 2026

I’ve owned a brown square counter height table for about 8 years. Disliked it since day one and when I came across this farmhouse one, I was excited. The day it arrived, the delivery guys put everything together and I think it took them no more than an hour. I highly recommend having them put it together for you. Had no issues with parts and nothing was damaged. But most of all, it is a heavy table. Not completely solid wood but close to it and will last longer than my previous one that’s for sure.
