This set is constructed from solid oak wood, in a warm pecan and creamy wheat finish. Perfectly at home in traditional or rustic aesthetics, this set does require assembly upon arrival.

Excellent chair and easy to assembly. Feels solid (not fragile). Honey/wheat color of the back and legs (color) are not exactly as pictured on the website (slightly less attractive in person..due to the intentional distressing in the color application) but still looks good in my dining nook.
