This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . I absolutely love this table! The color is beautiful, and the extra storage is a huge plus. I can’t wait to put it to good use! I did notice that a few reviewers mentioned concerns about its stability. Overall, the table feels sturdy, but placing too much weight on one side can cause it to tilt slightly. The listing says the table can seat 6–10 people, but I think 8 would be the ideal number for a comfortable fit. Any more than that, and it might start to feel a bit cramped. The chairs are also from Wayfair (I love them).. Kimbo. Pennsylvania. Tue Oct 20 2026
