This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. I received my Danity light brown table today. I was concerned because pictures show a wide variety of colors, however, I was pleased w the soft brown color. The table is heavy and substantial. It had a chip in the leaf and the corner was a bit smooshed, a repair medic is supposed to come look at these flaws. I will include pictures. Overall the table is lovely. The first pictures are w the room lights off, the last is w the overhead light on, for reference.. Christine. St Louis, MO. Thu Sep 24 2026
