Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. Very cute table. The table was able to be assembled in maybe 10 minutes very fast easy straight forward. However, the chairs we received came pre drilled but the screen holes didn’t line up when it came to fastening the back of the chair on. The seats were easy but the back of the chair was by far the hardest. I do not see anyone being able to do the chairs solo so definitely would be a second hand if your holes were as poorly placed as ours. Once we got it it done we were happy we this finished product. I'm very happy with this table and chair set. It's really very pretty. I like the combination of the darker table top with the lighter wood. Chairs are very comfortable. Beautiful dining room set for a good price. We did have a little glitch in the beginning as the table top had a chip in it, but we were able to get it resolved and Wayfair sent a new replacement.
