Its a nice piece of furniture, but be careful of the color. When I saw vintage white , I knew that it would be rustic and not pure white, but this is well beyond that. Its creamy on the yellow side. Ive been in the paint business for 40 years and it is stretching it to even call it an off-white. See the attached picture. I wish that this dining set lived up to my low expectations, but it did not. It will take you HOURS to assemble (nearly 10hours to assemble the table and two benches). The “wood” is a cheap laminate. The entire table bows and bends in the center. The bench broke the very first time we used it when a guest sat on it. I recommend avoiding this product. I wanted this table so bad! I looked high and low, but this was always the one. Once we assembled it (did not come with clear instructions, but was not difficult to figure out, because it was all packaged seperatly by piece) I scotchguarded the fabric portion to prevent stains. We have been using it for about a month, and we love it. The table and bench both have an under comprtment for storage. The only bad thing I can say is that the edges are a bit sharp, as in not rounded. The corner of the table is rounded, but the sharp angle of table is sharp. I may order one of the clear plastic silacone corner cover things to prevent injury, since I have small children. This has not been an issue yet, but just something we have observed. Love this table.
