Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process. Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. We love the look of the chairs and the fabric is beautiful. The seat cushions are very firm but seem to be softening with use. We are getting used to the lower arms of the chairs.
