The lamp arrived with broken and shattered crystals, but other than that, I give the lamp a 100/100. It's beautiful, super elegant, and adds a unique touch to any space. I put it in my kitchen, and it looked incredibly elegant. Regarding the broken pieces, I filed a complaint and they are resolving the problem. I love buying from Wayfair because they are very responsible with their products in case of any issues. I've already installed it with the defective parts on the side where they won't be visible, I'm just waiting for the replacement parts so I can attach them to the lamp. to give the perfect touch of elegance..
