The lamp arrived with broken and shattered crystals, but other than that, I give the lamp a 100/100. It's beautiful, super elegant, and adds a unique touch to any space. I put it in my kitchen, and it looked incredibly elegant. Regarding the broken pieces, I filed a complaint and they are resolving the problem. I love buying from Wayfair because they are very responsible with their products in case of any issues. I've already installed it with the defective parts on the side where they won't be visible, I'm just waiting for the replacement parts so I can attach them to the lamp. to give the perfect touch of elegance.. This chandelier is gorgeous! I have had previous chandeliers for thousands and this rivals it. Very well made. We had 4 crystals broken out of all of them upon opening. I ordered this fixture a couple of years ago. We have been rebuilding after a lighting fire and it’s taken this long to get it installed and we are still not finished with finish work inside. Once the electrical is complete and we pass inspection I will be able to see this fixture on.
