These chairs have been a nice addition to our dining setup. The style colors are beautiful in-person. We consistently receive compliments when people come over. The fabric is durable enough to withstand stain cleaning. The only criticism is that they are a bit too light in weight. I'm giving this a 4 star because the vendor and Wayfair did work to remedy the problem I had with this item. They were packed very well. There was no damage in shipment. The chairs upholstered back and seat had plastic over them to protect them which I kept on while putting together to keep it clean. When I pulled off the covers I noticed some staining on them. I tried wiping it off but that didn't work. The vendor was excellent about responding to my concerns and offered a replacement with shipment back of the original ones. The chairs are very firm so if you like a very firm dining chair these will suit you. The seat is large. They are nice looking chairs (minus the stain). If you should receive them and have a problem, from my experience they will take it seriously and offer a solution. I gave a 4 because of the initial problem.
