I've assembled 2/3rd of the set and my reaction thus far is positive. The until looks really good aesthetically, looks like thick real hard wood from far and the build is not flimsy. For the price this is a good unit to have. It took me about 5 hours to assemble 2/3rd by myself. The negatives: 1. Despite the description saying it's Engineered wood, it's not. It's particle board construct - less durable in a long run. 2. Lazy Quality Assurance. Some of the packets aren't even labeled and you have to guess. Handsome cabinet at a good price, and fairly easy to assemble. One caveat, I followed the instructions exactly, but the interior shelves are finished on one edge and not the other. I ended up putting it together with the unfinished edge out. Since you pre assemble the pieces it's not apparent until the last step when you do the last assembly steps.
