It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. I have mixed feelings about the chairs. they are a pretty blonde color. The problem is in the hardware. I finally got to put the chairs together. Not hard, except the washer is too big for the two bolts that hold the arms on the chair. I put the chair together myself. Looks comfy to sit in. I believe if I can get the washers off so they can inset ... Picture below shows the washer too big for the inset ... However, beyond that, Easy to put together. Looks great.
