First chair was a lot easier to assemble but the second one wasn’t lining up well so there was a big gap in the back base so not sure how sturdy it will be. Nice dining chair. Right height for my table. Love the color as my dining table is black. I ordered the cream color and it is a true cream. The chair is very comfortable to sit in. I did have a little trouble assembling one of them, the holes for the bolt were not lining up. My husband was finally able to get the bolt in by drilling the hole a little bigger.
