My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. The chair is ok, it looks good for sure, however, I am concerned about the stability of the back since the predrilled holes did not align where the chair back needs to connect to the seat. It feels unstable and that is concerning to me. My hands hurt from trying to find a way to force the holes to align so the screw and bolt could be tight but it just was not working.
