Even the curmudgeon husband liked it and didn’t throw a fit having to put it together (which was easy and he had no issues),, which is always a huge plus. I had a knee surgery and I needed a chair with a higher floor to seat measurement so that I could get up without help. This one was perfect for that. These Martha Stewart chairs are super comfy. I paired it with the Sara 60 inch farmhouse table and the chairs slide all the way under the table regardless of how you arrange them. The packaging is excellent. The legs are in the base of the chair under the Velcro cover. And honestly that Velcro cover for the bottom of the chair is a really nice touch, not that I’ll be looking at the bottom but the details and quality matter. Out of the 4 chairs I ordered only one keg on one chair did not seem tight. But I’m gonna fix that by removing the leg and adding a bit of wood glue. But they are sturdy and well cushioned. Both of the chairs came packaged together in one medium sized box. They were almost completely assembled. We just had to add the legs. It took about 15 minutes to assemble both chairs. The wood is a beautiful medium brown. They are sturdy and very comfortable to sit in. They had a decent amount of material to make them soft and comfortable to sit in. The fabric is a white tweed.
