Absolutely I love my rug… the texture of it, the fringe, it is a bit stiff but not bad. It is 100% cotton and sturdy, strong. I am sure it will soften up after a washing. I will make sure that i follow care instructions with no fabric softener. It will never see the inside of my dryer…don’t want it to shrink for one and protect those fibers. This will last a long time with proper care. So very glad..My delivery was good too. Glad to have tracking so I could make sure I was there..I met him at the door!. Judy. Amarillo, TX. In a remote village in Central Java where daily life was once centered on rice farming, women are now able to enjoy the flexibility to work from home and bring in much-needed income while still being able to look after children and elderly parents. They expertly weave the hand-crafted teak pieces that are carefully shaped and sanded in the factory, from re-purposed wood that would otherwise be burnt. So by purchasing a hip-o product, not only are you helping to ensure a brighter future for the next generation, but you are also supporting the practice of responsible sourcing. These mats are flexible since they are woven from pieces of wood, so they can be rolled up for storage and can fit the contours of floors that aren't flat (such as sloped shower floors). The beauty and durability of natural teak mean that you will enjoy your hip-o items for many years to come.

The rug arrives folded and will require some work to get it looking good. As far as color and quality, it looked as pictured and appears to be well made. A good shake reveals lots of lint, so I placed it in my dryer on the “air fluff” setting for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the rug began to come alive. Clean out your air filter, it will be loaded with lint. Hang it over a door or railing. Fill an empty spray bottle with water and lightly spritz the rug. The weight of the rug and water will remove all the creases. Also brush the fibers with your fingers to fluff up the flattened fibers. Once it dried, I spritzed it did it again and followed up with another 30 minutes in the drier on “air fluff”, now the rug looks amazing. I hung it over the door, overnight. A quick vacuum and it looks just like the picture.. Mark. Colorado. Tue Jul 28 2026

Meh. Not impressed. Thin and kinda dingy marble color. The pictures look way better than real life. I’m going to use them for now since it’s too much of a hassle to send 3 back. But don’t expect these mats to look like the photo. For reference against my marble flooring these look ridiculous. I give 3 stars because they do absorb water alright.. Nikole D. Laguna Beach, CA.
