I will warn that it is super heavy. the top piece alone is like half the weight of the desk. was able to install it by myself just fine, went together quite quickly with a drill. While the bottom could home a pc, I was advised against for gpu performance reasons, but you totally could if you wanted to with the hole for cords in the back. there is a shelf that sits in there that I took out in the picture.. Beautiful desk, frustrating assembly Once assembled, this desk looks fantastic. The white finish and gold hardware give it an upscale appearance, and the size is perfect for a home office or bedroom workspace. The drawers provide good storage, and the finished product looks much more expensive than its price point. Unfortunately, the assembly process was one of the most frustrating furniture builds I have experienced. Several diagrams in the instruction manual appear to be incorrect. Some parts were not labeled, and the drawer slide illustrations were reversed, which caused significant confusion and required disassembling and rebuilding portions of the desk after it was already assembled. I also found several small chips in the white finish. They are not highly noticeable from a distance, but they were disappointing on a new piece of furniture. The desk itself earns high marks for appearance and functionality, but the instructions and quality control issues prevented this from being a 5-star experience. This desk is an excellent value at this price point. Pressed wood, but looks realistic enough. It’s quite solid and well made. It does take quite a bit of time to put together but I wouldn’t say it was hard. The directions had a lot of detail and were simple to follow. I put it together mostly alone over two days (desk one day, hutch the next). My only complaint is the picture on Wayfair is misleading in color. It is not a true grey as I had hoped. I love this desk. It has ample storage and a nice look. I don't really have "farmhouse" style in my home but this could really go with a lot of different styles. I ordered it in gray. I am pleased with the quality. I used Wayfair's professional assembly and the person did a great job.
