File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. The lock is weak but this is for my home so I don't need the lock. It perfectly matches my desk. Otherwise it's very good fit for my home office.. Judy. Boston. Sun May 10 2026

I’ve had this small white three-drawer file cabinet for about two years now, and I’m really happy with how well it has held up. It’s still in great condition and looks just as nice as it did when I first got it. The size is perfect for keeping things organized without taking up too much space, and the three drawers hold a surprising amount of items. I’ve used it to store a variety of things, and it has been very useful for keeping everything neat and easy to find. The white color is simple and clean, so it fits nicely with my other furniture and doesn’t look bulky or out of place. The only issue I’ve experienced is that the drawers can be a little difficult to open when they’re filled pretty full. It’s not a major problem, and I’ve found that they work better when they aren’t overloaded. Other than that, I really haven’t had any complaints. After two years of regular use, I’m impressed with the quality and durability. It has held up very well, provides plenty of storage, and still looks great.
