This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. I use it for long study sessions and sometimes a movie night. I don’t really use the leg rest but it’s a nice feature. It was easy to assemble and easy to keep clean. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. The chair was pretty easy to assemble as the directions are pretty concise. There was some hardware left over that I wasn't sure about. But it came together in under an hour. Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. I had been searching for a high-quality office chair that could handle long work-from-home days—up to 10 hours at a time—and this one really delivers. The chair is very spacious, supportive, and comfortable, exactly as described by other buyers. It feels sturdy and well-built, like it will hold up well over time. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. This chair is nice real leather and seems to be a good quality, not likely to start peeling quickly. The seat is nice and wide and constructed well. It isn't the most cushioned on the bottom, but good enough for this style of chair. The bolts that screwed in the sides of the cushions for the back were somewhat temperamental to get in the right angle since they were counter sunk in the hole, especially considering the hole in the leather was too small..
