The drawers open smoothly but they do make slight sound as it sort of scrapes along the metal. The drawers don’t have stoppers so COULD fall on toes BUT they’re so deep that I can’t imagine that happening. We do plan to remedy that in some way because it for our 7yo son, but not necessary for older kids or adults. chair opening is very large which makes it nice for widercrossed-legged chairs. Nice desk. Went with grey color and like it. Very heavy box and material. Material feels like it is made from that plastic that picnic or school tables are made with. Wood grain look is nicerealistic. I don’t think it will scratch easily. Because there are two configuration options it is quite confusing, mainly the drawer part, but holes lined up just fine. Drawer bottoms are not same thick material, so likely cannot handle heavy stuff. Once it is put together it is not made to be able to switch the configuration around.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

Delivery was not so great, box looked like it had gone through a battlefield. Luckily there was no damage parts inside the box. The desk took me about an hour to put together.
