I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion. Not the most comfortable chairs but they look nice and are fine for several hours - I just wouldn’t use it as my main daily work chair.
