After some research on ideal table thickness, we settled on this 25mm ping pong table. It was worth the extra money for the thicker table. Plays really well. I was also really impressed with the way in which the table was packaged. MDF reinforced cardboard and bumpers for the corners. It arrived in perfect condition. It also took less than 30 minutes to put together. Just needed to attach the wheeled legs with a couple of bolts. You need two people to put it together and especially for flipping each half over after the wheels are installed. The metal surround is a nice touch too because the scoring mechanism is magnetic, so can be moved out of the way during play. Love the look of this Air Hockey Table. I am using it in a vacation rental so it does get heavy use. I bought it in December 2025 and one side of the scoring is currently broken. Also, the inside plastic trim has started to peel up just a little in 2 areas. ( This is after about 8 months of use ). Overall I like the product. I will say that the button to turn on the air is located on the cord not on the table top. This would be a 5 star if the table was actually connected in the middle. It is two different pieces so it is a bit hard to level in my yard and I have to use the net to keep the two table sides together. OTHER than that it is perfect for out door ping pong.
