Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. I think the piece is really cool, however the wood finish on the piece that was delivered is nothing like the picture online. I was pretty disappointed but it might work better for someone else.
