Love how these turned out. Was worried that set up would be difficult based on previous reviews but it was actually pretty straight forward. I did use a drill, GENTLY, to ease screwing. Came with a small allen wrench and screw driver. I did end up ordering two of the units and just pushed them together to make it look like one long one. The only drawback is that it cannot accommodate men’s shoe sizes in excess of 11.5, unless you turn the shoe sideways, limiting the number of pairs on that shelf to two. Arrived quickly in one box. Very easy to assemble and the directions are actually really good for just using pictures. It took me about an hour to assemble. I like that the shelves can be adjusted to fit different shoe sizes. I think the plastic lever hardware could be better. I really don’t like plastic. The front is so nice and adds a decorative look. It has the anchoring system so if you have little ones, I would suggest using it. It isn’t heavy but I think it is pretty sturdy and it will last a while.
