This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point. I can’t explain how great this shower head is. It has a comfort feature that doesn’t allow the water to get too hot when the toilet flushes. The handheld piece is easy to put back in its place. We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works.
