I am very impressed with this product. It has a high quality appearance and it is well made. My plumber even commented on the level of quality. I recently added an extension arm on to the shower head to bring it out from the wall. I am only 5'2" tall and with the extension, I have less water running down the shower wall that the head is installed on. I did have some difficulty figuring out how to get the water hot enough. As you'll read in the Q&A section, this product is entirely plastic. When using the shower diverter, we get a drip/leak from the tub spout down the wall. Plumber suggested silicon taping the fitting. I have a hard time believing this issue isn't related to the cheap plastic material and the performance we're seeing. Very disappointed and don't know what to do now.
