All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. The glass is surprisingly thick and beautiful. The handles and tracks are sturdy and thick enough. It came unbroken (better than the toilet I ordered last month!) and the pieces are all here. I'm debating whether to tackle this myself or hire a handyman. But it looks beautiful and I'm afraid any issues will be my own installation mistakes from here on. Just put it up. Did it almost all myself,and as a first timer. Just needed my 13 year old to screw the wheels into the 2nd door while I held it up. Instructions suck of course, but I watched a couple videos by people putting in similar ones. Made a few minor mistakes along the way, but all were fixable. Ended up looking great, and fitting PERFECTLY. Just had to measure 5 times and cut... twice in some cases. But always started conservative. You DEFINITELY need a power cutting tool, not a hacksaw, on the top bar. I bought steel cutting discs for my grinder and even that took 3 batter charges. I tried a hacksaw for a few minutes and it hardly made a notch in it. That would take all week. Here's a tip...if any risk of missing the wood studs, add more wood in the wall before tiling. These shower doors are beautiful and of good quality. Installation is easy if your shower sides are tall and flat. It comes with a full length template for the sides that line up the upper bar bracket holes perfectly. It also has clear rubber water seals that go on the sides and bottom of the doors to keep water from leaking out. The bottom black strip has double sided tape that helps hold it down while you silicone it but the tape does not stick at all. I had to tape it down with masking tape until the silicone dried. Assembly wasn't an easy task, even for the professional I hired. It was necessary to uninstall it and reinstall it to get the glass positioned correctly because only one side of the glass is treated to avoid water spots. This is a high quality shower door and very attractive. The doors roll smoothly and silently on the rail and the bottom rail is designed to be cleaned easily. This double sliding door is one giant heavy beast, probably because of the 14” thick 2 glass door panels and the heavy duty hardware. It’s a beautiful unit but I really didn’t think it through. My shower is a fiberglass shell and because my house is over 100 years old, we don’t know yet if there are intact studs behind the shell.
