This dehumidifier is amazing. I usually have it in the basement but right now it’s upstairs. It fills up with water fast. Pulled out the humid temperature fast. This Waykar 80 & 120 Dehumidifier is great. I ordered it on Thursday (a little less pricewise than my local stores), got it Saturday (free shipping BTW), I literally plugged it in, pressed the power button and it started working right away. It set itself to the room temp/humidity. I've already emptied it twice in less than 24 hours and I can tell the difference already (I have a finished basement with industrial type carpeting). I didn't need the hose option but it was included. I don't mind having to empty it into my laundry room sink or save it to water flowers (the water tank isn't heavy). It's also very quiet. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. Bought this to lower the humidity in the basement. In the hot humid weather water condenses on the cold water pipe that runs across the basement to the water softener and drips to the floor. This dehumidifier dropped the humidity and stopped all dripping the first day of use. First 2 days over 5 gal of water removed. The directions are good and easy to understand. Top controls make setting and changing settings easy. Easy to access air filter keeps debris and dust off the coils. At 873 watts this is relatively energy efficient for the work it does. The included hose for self draining at just over 3' was too short between the electric plug needed and the drain so I bought 10' and then it was all setup and I didn't have to worry about draining. It has an automatic shutoff if the tank fills and you're not using a hose to drain it. It's really not that heavy but it has built in wheels and a handle for easy movement. I'm quite happy with it.. The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low.
