I was worried there were no reviews yet, but took a chance. I’ve been looking for a navy blue velvet arm chair that was a mid century modern style, had deep seat, but not too wide for our space (less than 36 inches). The chair is as pictured and also the specs are accurate. However, I should have realized the back is not as high as our old chair but I’ve improvised and added a pillow for me to rest my head. The legs also seem darker than in the pics. It is comfortable to sit in so far and I prefer a firm seat. The back pillow has a zipper so you can take it out to clean or you can change the insert padding and it is reversible. The seat cushion also has a zipper and is removable but you can’t use the other side because it has velcros. Love the deep navy blue color and the soft velvet. We will see how this holds up after more use.. Hap. Sacramento Area. Thu Apr 16 2026

Plus, this armchair comes with two bolster pillows to complete the overall look.

I absolutely LOVE this chair. I wanted color without it being too much and this is it. It is comfortable - not too firm, not too soft and I love the wider width. Also, I hate that everything needs to be put together but this was simply attaching the legs so easy enough. I did however have to "guess" where the black plastic rings went as well as the silver rings when installing. I am assuming I got it right. Sharon. Naples, FL. Sun Aug 30 2026

This 34" wide lounge chair has classic button-tufted designs and a curved seat for the right amount of mid-century modern glam in your living room or foyer. Its frame is crafted from engineered wood, and built on flared legs in a natural birch finish with gold-capped feet. Plus, the feet on this chair have non-marking caps that prevent scratches on your floor. This chair supports up to 331 lbs.

This was a fabulous purchase. We have had it since 2020 and it still looks great. It has had regular but not heavy use. The blue is very pretty but between the velvet and the tufts, you’ll struggle to keep it pristine and it does show every piece of dust or hair. Worth it to me because it’s so pretty and comfy. Also no sign of weakness in arms or legs — it’s really sturdy.. Alexa. Clinton, NJ. Tue Jul 07 2026
