This sofa sectional came in 3 boxes. It was easily unpacked and had very few pieces. I show one unit put together with supplied bolts and washers. The color is just as described in a neutral light tan. The second piece attached to the other and then the arms were attached. There is a wooden bar that goes across the front for support and looks very nice. The legs just screwed right on. It sits a little low for us as we are both close to 6 ft., but it is comfortable. It will be perfect for visiting guests. The color looks really nice in the apartment and is a small size so it doesnt take up too much room. So I took this sofa out of the package just yesterday so not sure if there will be any more expansion or if it’s fully expanded. It’s very soft and comfortable. It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. This sofa may have been the best purchase of 2026! Our daughter needed a sofafuton for her dorm room and this fit absolutely perfectly under her lofted bed! It came rolled up and compressed in a box which was perfect for transport. It was about 40lbs so on the heavier side. The outside of the box was misleading. There was a drawing of what like looked like a beanbag chair, which had us all worried. Upon arriving at the dorm, we opened the packaging and the sofa expanded. It was “installed” in 5 minutes. No weird off-gassing smells either. Note it takes 72 hours for the sofa to be ready for use. It’s been two weeks and my daughter still reports that the sofa is extremely comfortable and is getting much use. She already has a list of friends ready to come visit!
