I'm having trouble giving this pan an actual review, because i haven't gotten a chance to use it for it's intended use. Right after I got it, the lid shattered (no fault of Henckels), and the company does not offer a replacement lid. I love the concept of the pan... I just can't use it until I find a comparable lid.. We love this fryer so much. The flame is impressive. My husband compared it to a rocket engine. The smaller basket has been enough just our family. I know when we have get togethers it will be nice to have the larger one. It came in more pieces than I expected it to, but putting it together wasn't too bad. It has elevated our outdoor cooking for sure.. Laura. Prattville, AL. Tue Aug 18 2026
