Pros: it is made of cast iron, heavy, which is nice. It was not hard to put together and hook up. It look nice decoratively Cons: when we hooked it up there was a very small leak on the top of the iron spout. Luckily we bought 2 and used the spout out of the other one, will need to return 1 or buy another spout. The holes on the top cap piece, if you lined them up and used the screws it left a small gap, without the screws it laid flat but is loose without the screws. Came upon this when looking for DIY pole holders. Purchased the larger size and am very happy. Product came with clear instructions and was easy to put together. I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale.
