Really happy with these decorative storage boxes overall. They look beautiful styled together, but I actually ended up separating them throughout different areas of my home to help tie everything together design-wise. The pattern and wood tones are even prettier in person and look much more high end than I expected. I use the medium-sized box on my coffee table to store remotes, coasters, and other small items I want within reach but not sitting out all the time, and it works perfectly for that. The quality feels solid and they’re functional while still looking decorative. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a slight “basement” type smell inside the boxes when I first opened them. I thought they would be bigger but decided to keep them anyway because the teal with gold trim is really pretty and looks so elegant. I bought them for staging our home to sell and I separated them and put a small ceramic or glass animal in each one as a surprise if anyone opens a cover.
