This mosaic wall mirror looks so beautiful in real life! The only problem is, it took the shipper 3 times to wrap it sufficiently so the mirror wouldn't break. After the second mirror arrived for free as I had reported that the glass was shattered due to poor wrapping, I couldn't believe that it was also broken! I called CS again and asked them if they could contact the shipper and explain that it needed bubble wrap and protection. They did that and then the third time was the charm! Hopefully, the shipper has made note for all new orders to be sufficiently wrapped and protected. The mosaic glass frame is actually quite subtle and looks like it costs a lot more than it does.
