The expandable fence is as described. It seems well constructed and is very easy to put together. I am going to use it to block off an area for my dog. She is smaller so I’ll be adding something at the bottom for the gap, which is not an issue because most moveable fences have a gap at the bottom. I like that these are not super heavy so I can move them into place and put them away easily. I’ll note that I recognize that my dog can push through or knock over the fence because it’s lighter in weight. Birds, nature and gardens are among my favorite things so this beautiful gray decorative edging fence appealed to me from the moment I saw it on the website. I liked it even more once it arrived and I unboxed it, noting how sturdy the panels and matching stakes were. This is such a cute, low fence that's easy and quick to set up in the ground along the sidewalk with no tools required (all you do is link the panels together and press the stakes into the ground). It also fits well into our friendly neighborhood's vibe, gently encouraging the people and dogs walking by to remain on the sidewalk so my flowering rosemary garden can thrive. An added, unexpected surprise for me is the shadow this fence's intricate design throws onto the walkway when the sun is overhead. Optional pressure-treated wood sticks may be required to support the panels depending on the ground's condition. To improve the durability of the natural willow product, you may apply a coat of linseed oil for yearly maintenance. This product is 16" H. It consists of 8" H of woven area and 8" H of legs. You will only see 8" of fencing, due to the legs being put in the ground.
