The good is that the light looks great. I like that you can control the warmth of the light relatively easily. On the negative side, I question the long-term durability, as the construction of the light body doesn’t seem to be all that robust. It is also difficult (depending on how flush your electrical box is to the ceiling) to get this light mounted. Overall, the quality of this fixture is very poor and cheap. When they were built this was originally supposed to be a patio and they enclosed it for additional living space. I made it an office which isnt completed yet! I love how they hug the ceiling and they come with two remote controls which is super handy when walking into the room when dark. I keep one in my living room and one on the desk. It also has a day and night on it for bright or soft. When I ordered them I felt they were a little expensive, but when I got them, I feel they are well worth the expense! Genesis Light panels are manufactured from highly durable, lightweight polycarbonate. Each panel is waterproof, washable, and easily cut with scissors or a utility knife, providing a versatile, long-term solution for ceiling grid lighting systems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed the light and found it didn’t work well for the first space, but are now reinstalling it in our fitness room- it was easy to install (and then uninstall) and will work great in more of a utility space versus a main hallway near our pantry.
