All of the metal parts are excellent. The machine screws are precise and fit well into the holes no problem. The plastic parts are infuriatingly, cheap, and stupid. I put this together by myself in a little over two hours. You will need a mallet to put those tiny little plastic hateful things into each hole. The directions were acceptable. There are two different hardware packs. One is for the bed and one is for the trundle. Make sure you familiarize yourself with that fact because they are not labeled you just have to look at the directions with the visual and put the labels on it yourself so you don’t mix them up.. Delivery was awesome. I’m an elderly petite woman. My FedEx delivery guy was most helpful bringing the heavy boxes in. When my husband got home we turned on some music and worked on assembling it together. The instructions were precise and it went well. It is well made and sturdy. I went to Marshall’s and found the right color of blue bedding to match. Sorry Wayfair, but I didn’t want to take a chance on ordering on line. I wanted to see the colors before purchasing. There’s so many variations of blue. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I have bought many items from Wayfair and have been overall satisfied. My girlfriend just bought a loveseat and recliner from Wayfair because of my raving of how satisfied I am. She said that during Labor Day weekend she shopped at the local furniture stores and was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. Mine was 2 days. I spoke with her last evening and she already purchased from Wayfair and was waiting for her son to help assemble it!. Lynn. Tampa, FL. Sun Sep 13 2026

The daybed with a pop-up trundle features clean lines, attractive angles, and plenty of classic style. Crafted from kiln-dried wood, it comes in a sleek finish that blends rustic and traditional for a standout look we love. The pop-up easily stores under the bed and wheels out and up when you have overnight guests. It can also combine with the daybed, transforming this piece from two twin beds to a king. Two innerspring mattresses are included, and they're wrapped and generously padded for plenty of support whenever you need to use them.

These beds work well for guests in my extra bedroom. One of the slats broke the second time it was used but Wayfair sent a new set of slats and it has held up so far. Some of the slats are joined rather than single pieces of wood which can create a weak spot. It looks nice as a daybed.. Julie. Portland, OR. Fri Sep 25 2026

Beautiful daybed and ottoman, arrived in a few boxes …layed out all the parts and they did the best job I have ever seen in labeling everything…ottoman was quick and easy, daybed took a little bit of time but I was putting it together by myself…mattresses are thick and comfy and comes with 3 back pillows….color is beautiful …very sturdy and love it. I ordered the light cream and the color is actually more linen/neutral than cream, which is exactly what I was hoping for. In some of the photos, it appeared to be a little yellow, but that's not the case at all. It took approximately 2 hours to assemble, but it wasn't complicated. The instructions were simple to understand and I only needed help from my husband to hold up the back rest while I screwed in one side. Two people could put this together in under an hour. I'm so pleased with the quality and the sturdiness of the frame. I will say that the feet for the daybed were not included in the packaging, so I've had to request them to be shipped. However, the trundle fits perfectly under the bed even without the feet on the main part.. Christy. Dallas, TX. Fri Nov 06 2026
