The only thing I would say is there is a delivery service to sign for it and they were not willing to work with me on scheduling a delivery day that worked for me. This is a great daybedsitting couch. It arrived packaged well. Very little assembly is required. Attaching the legs is the only thing needed. All the tools needed are included.
