Seems to be made of quality, heavy duty wood. It comes in three boxes and took about two hours to put together. The blue section is not attached in anyway so you could choose to not use it. The size is great for a larger room and tv. The grayish brown coloring is nice and neutral so can go with any decor style. The fluted cabinet and drawer fronts add a touch of texture to the piece. I think if I could give a half star, I would. I’d give this a 4.5 stars. First off, it ships in two boxes which is nice. It makes it much easier to handle once delivered. It comes packaged well and nothing was damaged in transit. Assembly is quite laborious. It took me a long time to put this together all by myself. There are a lot of screw and various parts. The MDF does seem a little soft. Someone else said that in a review and I didn’t quite understand what they meant until I assembled it myself. Some of the screws didn’t seem to grip the wood when you put them in. That being said though, it does seem like a sturdy piece once assembled so long as you don’t move it. It’s an impossible piece to move by yourself once assembled due to its size and the way it is held together. It does seem very sturdy once it’s placed in its final position. I did not have any trouble with the door or drawer alignment. I think it does look nice once is assembled and I love the storage of it. I am missing a handle but I will submit an inquiry to Wayfair to receive another. Otherwise, I do like it overall even if it took a long time to assemble.. Brice. Aledo, IL. Fri Aug 14 2026

The item is very heavy. It is compressed laminated wood. It took about an hour to put it together. The most challenging part was adjusting the hinges on the doors. There was no directions on how to do this. Thank goodness for YouTube! Originally the doors wouldn’t shut and we’re not even but after adjustment, they all work great.
