Handyman took about two hours to build, add new faucet, adhere sink to cabinet, and caulk edges to tile. Note that the hole for the sink drain is not universal and the Moen drain that came with the new faucet did not fit. Luckily the old faucet drain fixture fit after the handyman made adjustments, but would have preferred to have the new faucet drain installed. Great vanity, rollout shelf, door shelves and mid shelf is extremely useful. Doors and cabinet box feels solid. Did not love that it did not come fully assembled but overall not too terrible to assemble if youre handy. Good heavy duty hinges that soft closes. Rollout shelf below also soft closes.
