This deck box is the perfect pick to keep pool toys and cushions in, but it also doubles as extra seating! This took my husband about 30 minutes to assemble and I only had to help with the top . It was perfectly packaged and even had extra hardware. It is holding the parts of a full size metal basket ball goal that we haven’t put together yet , 3 scooters for our grandchildren , gardening supplies etc and it’s not full . Bought this to store the pool floats and toys in because I was sick of carrying them back and forth from the garage. Now, most everything fits in it on the pool deck with room to spare for small things. I have four blown up pool floats (one of which is bulky with a unicorn head and tail), a small kiddy pool float, some pool noodles, padel boards, and the deck umbrella. And like i said i still have room to add any smaller items. Very spacious. Fairly easy to put together. I put most of it together by myself. Attaching the lid to the hinges on the box was the final step and I did need my husband to help with this. I had a hard time keeping it in place while I tried to screw on each side. It seems sturdy enough so far. I am worried about how to use it in the winter without mice nesting in it. We had a shed that the mice took over and made super disgusting. So Im not sure that Id store anything in this over the winter. There are spaces at the bottom for air flow that the mice can easily access. The deck box is the perfect box for my needs, I got the 50 gallon box. The box is made of resin, it’s waterproof and can be locked. I have placed the box on the deck, although, it can be used in the garage, patio, etc. I love that I can store fertilizer, various yard sprays, gardening tools, etc., in it. This was one of the easiest items that Ive ever put together! It was so easy that the setup did not require any tools whatsoever, which is always a plus. The items are engraved with labels for easy identification, and everything is just push-and-clip. After pushing together pieces, the quality of the storage product is good, as it is made of some sort of plastic-feeling material. The color is great I absolutely love it. Ok so first of all? This deck box is huge! You can fit two average sized people in it. It holds A TON of stuff. This box just arrived. I put it together, in all of 5 minutes! Now, Im not storing the crown jewels in here (though it can be locked). But, it is PERFECT for my birdseed and such. Quick 2 day delivery, very good Resin quality material and construction. Directions and diagrams somewhat difficult to follow as pictures/diagrams are too small to see. Everything did fit together very well once identified. Side panels took 2 people and several try's to snap in completly. Great gray color. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outdoor storage container is a perfect addition to my patio. I have two outdoor patio sets and an outdoor dinning table, with all my outdoor furniture, I have so many cushions and pillows. Having this storage container helps so much, it holds all my cushions, pillows and more, with its 260 gallon capacity, I never have to worry about running out of room. The container looks so beautiful with its basket weave design and the coffee color is perfect. It is made out of durable, long lasting resin. I love that I can keep this storage container outside all year long and never have to worry about uv and water damage. All the parts and pieces were included in the cardboard box the container came in, all I needed was a screw driver for the assembly of the side anchors and top spring attachment. Instructions were provided, but only images for the steps and no written directions, so getting started took a bit of time. Once I figured it all out, it was easy from there and then the assembly went quickly. When I finished assembling storage container, I did need help moving it to the area I want it. It is a heavy piece once it’s all built. Also, I did assemble the container outside because it would of never fit through my sliding glass door if it was fully assembled. The container doesn’t have any areas for ventilation so anyone purchasing this item, would have to keep this in mind. A latch is provided so we can lock this up if we choose. I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat. This 260 gallon water resistant resin lockable deck box is HUGE! In a good way! It would be an excellent option for storing patio cushions during rain and snow since it is water resistant. Although we considered that option, we are going to use it for product deliveries to our home to help packages from getting wet and destroyed and or stolen. We will have the lock open and ask the delivery driver to lock it when they leave. It is very durable and was easy to put together. The only problem that I feel could have some attention to are the directions. They are very confusing and not very user friendly. I probably could have put it together a lot quicker without looking at the directions. Besides that, the functionality and integrity of the deck box is truly a five-star.
