The pedestal for the table to sit on is attractive and easy enough to put together if you turn it sideways and not straight up and down, the top was easy to assemble, but there seems to be less than perfection in the adjoining pieces of the two table tops and whatever I tried, I could not get the entire length to close completely however, it’s still beautiful. We put a runner down the length of the seam in the two tops and you can’t see it and it feels really strong and sturdy and as attractive and easy enough to assemble if you have some Mechanical ability that’s all.. The wood grain has much more texture, and the finish is a bit darker than the item listing pictures indicate. I’m mixing woods in the room so the color is palatable. Delivery service was great. I searched around a while for a base with more visual interest and for the price this one checked the boxes. The surface finish has a less wood-like hand to it. Mango can have a different feel to it.
