The dresser arrived in good condition, but the box was filled with confetti that served no purpose except to really aggravate me. Putting the dresser together was difficult. The pictures did not help much. Everything had to be adjusted and redone. Two boards along the back were not long enough and this is problematic when everything is held together with pins and bolts. This dresser is absolutely gorgeous in person and has a much more expensive look than I expected. Once assembled, it feels very sturdy and well-built. Very happy with this dresser! It was relatively easy to assemble because we had all the parts/pieces, pre-drilled holes were accurate, and we took our time understanding the directions before we built. It was easy enough that after completing the first 3 steps together, I handed it off to my 13 year old to complete. He said it was just like building a LEGO Technic, if that provides a frame of reference for anyone. It is less expensive materials, but that shouldn’t be a surprise.
