The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This worked out better than we expected for the room because it filled the space perfectly and the dark brown color matched existing doors and blended well with the other furniture. It takes time to assemble (allow several hours) and I am lucky because my roommate is a general contractor so it went well. Beautiful piece! Looks even nicer in person. I paid for subcontractors off Angi's list, through Wayfair, to handle the assembly. That went well. Very nice men who were efficient and kind. They had it assembled in 2 1/2 hours and it would have taken me at least a full day. You pay extra for this and it is worth the fee. There are three areas on the piece that need to be replaced by Wayfair (contacting them tomorrow). A door that is warped and does not match up with the door next to it, a flaw in the center main door, and a door that does not soft close as it should. The soft close feature is so nice on all the other doors and drawers. The handles are beautiful and nicely made. The color of the armoire is gorgeous. This closet system is SO pretty is made of pretty high quality particle board! For the price this is better than I ever could have hoped! I will say, I built this totally by myself (18F) and BYFAR the worst part of building this was bringing it all downstairs and into the room, the assembly was very straightforward only took about 3 hours. These will not easily fit through doors if you build the unit totally BTW (I had to build the units in the closet)!! Corner closet system that came out very nice. Measurements were spot on, installed without difficulty and all parts were included. Rods and shelves are sturdy and look great. My only issue was several of the shelves need to be fixed in place for the integrity of the frame. That said, they could have included one or two additional adjustable shelves for use in the closet.
