I was not at my neighbors. Package came pretty bumped up, nothing (glass) was not broken, but inside they tie up like in a bundle (I'd guess for no shifting during transport) but the string had broken part of the vinyl wicker. Decent overall product but I think pricey considering differences in description, photos and then actual delivered item. At least both sets were delivered at the same time. You can kind of slide down in them and get your head to rest on the back cushion, which is really nice. Cushions are zippered (they actually come off the cushions in the box, and you put them on) and appear to be washable. I loveeee this 3-piece outdoor rocker set. The color I chose dark green-brown frame. The rocker chairs rocks smoothly. The cushions are quite thick and give enough support for your rump and back (see pics). There are tabs/ties to secure the cushions to the rocker. They did come with 2 covers which I wasn't aware of when I purchased and was pleased to see the company went the extra mile to add them to this set. One less accessory to buy. We have left them in the rain and repelled the water. The rockers are made of metal so be careful if you're in direct sun with your armrest. The chairs seem to be quite easy to get out of for my hubby and myself with our weary bodies. It's not hard on the knees or too low to the ground for either of us. The table is pretty and looks sturdy. It's not too big, but enough room for a candle, few drinks and a plant. I am very satisfied with this set, and it is an eye grabber to anyone passing by my home. I took a picture with the chair ottoman in and out from underneath the chair. This is great, especially for small spaces. It is very comfortable. While the set looks great, it was a  little disappointing. There were two levelers that didn’t survive shipping as the plastic caps separated from their screws, a handful of “synthetic wicker” that slipped out of the shipping carton makes me wonder how much more will fall off the product, and chipped powder coat and apparent rust spots make me wonder how many seasons will be the lifespan of the set. The cushion are very thin. The set looks great and took about two hours for a single person from unboxing to cleanup. Directions were sufficient and parts went together well.. Jenny. Wellington, FL.
