My dresser came to my door with no damage. My only gripe is the weight. It was heavy and in 2 boxes. I am glad it was in 2 boxes. More boxes would make it easier to get in the house. My only complaint is that, after using for a period of time, we noticed the center was not raised enough and seemed to be slightly sagging. This dresser looks amazing for someone who is on a budget but want a more elevated look than just black or white furniture. Not real wood but it looks just like wood and the fluted paneling make it more modern. Drawers are deep for a good amount of storage. The back panels were a little bit hard to slide in and needed two person to assemble so that the pieces can tightly fit each other.
